i.   Bed linen, T-towels (for washing up), bin liners and toilet paper are provided.

ii.   Any breakages or serious damage will be charged direct to the guest and it therefore becomes their responsibility to reclaim from any comprehensive travel insurance. The management shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to guests’ property during your stay.

iii.   The drains are connected to a septic tank so please only use the cleaning agents provided as many products affect its operation – no anti-bacterial products should be used and please do not use neat bleach (javel) as this also adversely affects the septic tank. Also please put toilet paper only in W.C. All other rubbish should be put into the bin and bin liners that are provided for your convenience.

iv.   The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your use, together with two clothes airers. The management appreciates very much finding the accommodation to be in the same state as arrival, any movement of furniture during your stay to be returned.

v.   All outside facilities are available for use between the hours of 9.00 am to 9.00 pm during the months of May to October, except for the necessary cleaning and essential maintenance. Do not take any sharp objects or throw any objects anywhere within the complex. Do not take any glass into the swimming pool area. All children under the age of 16 yrs must be supervised in the swimming pool area at all times.

vi.   A “Terms & Conditions“ policy document will be provided to you on your arrival and one copy per booking must be signed and returned to the owner, the other retained for your information. Smoking is not permitted inside the building, but you may smoke outside where the ashtrays are provided.

vii.   The holiday complex operates a recycling policy and you will be provided with recycling bags and instructions for their use.
